This is Freddie Feldman.
He’s a musician, engineer, inventor, dad, husband, mensch…and challah artist!

In the Spring of 2020, after being locked in the house with his family for months, Freddie tried his hand at baking challah for the first time. It was much easier to do than he thought, so he decided he’d bake a challah for his family to eat every Friday night. After a few weeks of basic braiding, Freddie decided to make a different shape, a Jewish Star. So easy, but really pretty. From there, the designs just got more and more unusual.
